About FOSF (Canada)

Welcome to the Friends of Sinn Féin (Canada) web site. FOSF (Canada) was established in close consultation with the Sinn Féin leadership in Ireland. We are modelled on similar bodies in Australia and the United States. The Canadian Ministry of Industry issued our Letters Patent as a federally incorporated not-for-profit company under the Canada Corporations Act in September 2001. Sinn Fé President Gerry Adams attended our formal launch in Toronto on November 3, 2001.
